This neon coloured backdrop was used at the Culture Days Fundraiser and made an impact! The black light balloons took front stage and really ‘popped’. The light coverage of balloons also helped allow the colours to shine. Cost: w/ Backlight colours: $175 Cost w/o Blacklight colours: $150
